Recipe ReDux

Each month I will be posting a “Recipe ReDux” as part of the recipe challenge founded by registered dietitians Regan Jones (of The Professional Palate Blog), Serena Ball and Deanna Segrave-Daly (both of Teaspoon Communications). Our goal is to re-create favorite recipes using healthier ingredients while still keeping it delicious. Each month our recipe challenge follows a theme that allows us to try new ingredients and learn more about healthy eating.
